1. How these guidelines apply
These Community Guidelines apply to Yuskai listings, listing images, profiles, messages, reports, and other interactions. They supplement the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
The examples below are not exhaustive. Content or conduct may be restricted when it creates a comparable legal, safety, fraud, exploitation, privacy, or service-integrity risk, even if the exact example is not listed.
2. Be authentic and accurate
- Use an account and identity you are authorized to control.
- Describe jobs, housing, items, prices, pay, availability, condition, location, and material terms honestly.
- Do not impersonate another person, employer, landlord, property manager, business, buyer, seller, or member of Yuskai staff.
- Do not create misleading duplicate listings or manipulate search and discovery.
- Remove, close, or update a listing when it is no longer available or its material details change.
3. No scams, fraud, or deceptive demands
Yuskai does not allow attempts to obtain money, credentials, identity documents, or access through deception, pressure, or false promises.
- No gift-card payments, gift-card verification, or requests to send redemption codes.
- No advance-fee schemes, fake deposits, fake checks, overpayment schemes, or unexpected refund requests.
- No requests for passwords, login codes, banking passwords, card PINs, or remote access to another person's device or account.
- No false claims of guaranteed employment, guaranteed housing, guaranteed income, or risk-free returns.
- No pressure to move communication off Yuskai as the only way to receive basic listing information or continue a suspicious transaction.
- No phishing links, malware, counterfeit documents, or instructions designed to bypass another service's security.
4. No exploitation or sexual services
- Any sexual exploitation or sexualization of a minor is prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
- Human trafficking, forced labor, coercive recruitment, sale or control of a person, and exploitative transportation or housing arrangements are prohibited.
- Paid sexual services, escort services offered for sexual activity, and sexual acts offered in exchange for money, housing, employment, goods, or favors are prohibited.
- Non-consensual intimate content, sexual extortion, grooming, and threats to expose intimate material are prohibited.
5. No threats, harassment, hate, or abuse
- Do not threaten, encourage, celebrate, or coordinate violence or serious physical harm.
- Do not harass, stalk, bully, intimidate, blackmail, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop.
- Do not evade another user's block by creating or using another account.
- Do not attack or exclude people based on protected characteristics, or use hateful slurs to intimidate or dehumanize.
- Do not publish another person's home address, private contact details, financial information, credentials, or sensitive identity information without authorization.
If there is an immediate threat or emergency, contact local emergency services. Reporting content to Yuskai is not a substitute for emergency assistance.
6. Prohibited goods and services
Do not use Yuskai to advertise, request, sell, transfer, or facilitate illegal or unsafe goods and services, including:
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances sold without lawful authorization, or drug-production materials intended for illegal use.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapon sales, or instructions intended to facilitate violent wrongdoing.
- Stolen goods, counterfeit goods, fraudulent documents, unauthorized credentials, or property you do not have the right to transfer.
- Recalled products, unsafe products, or regulated goods offered contrary to applicable law.
- Paid sexual services, trafficking, forced labor, or other exploitative services.
- Any item, service, or transaction prohibited by applicable law or specifically restricted by Yuskai for safety.
7. Jobs rules
- Identify the role, employer or hiring party, pay structure, employment type, material requirements, and location truthfully.
- Do not advertise jobs that require an applicant to pay an unlawful or deceptive fee, purchase gift cards, cash a check, move money, or receive and reship suspicious packages.
- Do not request sensitive identity or financial information before it is legitimately required and securely handled in a lawful hiring process.
- Do not promise unrealistic earnings, guaranteed hiring, or guaranteed returns without a truthful and supportable basis.
- Do not discriminate unlawfully in hiring or employment.
- Do not recruit for illegal, exploitative, dangerous, or misrepresented work.
8. Housing rules
- List only housing you own, manage, occupy, or are otherwise authorized to offer.
- Represent rent, deposits, fees, availability, location, housing type, and material conditions accurately.
- Do not demand money before a person has a reasonable opportunity to verify the property, the offering party, and the material terms.
- Do not advertise unavailable or nonexistent property to collect money, identity documents, or contact information.
- Do not publish discriminatory preferences or otherwise violate fair-housing and anti-discrimination laws.
- Do not condition housing on sexual activity, exploitative labor, coercive control, or another unlawful exchange.
9. Marketplace rules
- List only items you own or have authority to transfer.
- Use accurate photos and disclose known material damage, defects, authenticity concerns, or safety issues.
- State the real price and do not use a misleading price to redirect users into a different transaction.
- Do not sell illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, dangerous, or prohibited goods.
- Do not use fake shipping, fake payment, overpayment, refund, verification-code, or gift-card schemes.
10. Messages and contact
- Keep messages relevant to the listing or a legitimate follow-up between participants.
- Do not send spam, repetitive solicitation, explicit sexual messages, threats, abusive content, or unwanted personal advances.
- Respect blocks and requests to stop communicating.
- Do not ask for unnecessary sensitive information or pressure someone to use an unsafe payment or communication method.
- Do not use messages to arrange conduct that would be prohibited in a public listing.
11. How content review works
Yuskai combines rule-based automated text screening, user reports, database safeguards, and review by authorized staff. Screening and enforcement may consider wording, content type, listing category, surrounding context, account behavior, prior actions, and the risk of harm.
Content that can publish
Content that does not trigger a prohibition or a material safety concern can be published normally. Publication does not mean Yuskai has verified or endorsed the content.
Content sent to staff review
A listing may be temporarily hidden and placed into review when it contains suspicious signals that require context, such as an unusual advance-payment demand, forced off-platform contact, a sensitive identity request, or an unrealistic earnings claim. Staff can approve the listing or reject it after reviewing available context.
Content rejected or removed directly
High-risk content may be rejected or removed without first appearing publicly. Examples include child sexual exploitation, trafficking or sale of a person, hard-drug transactions, weapon sales, paid sexual services, credible violent threats, and clear gift-card payment scams.
Yuskai does not publish exact detection expressions, pattern lists, or thresholds because doing so could help people evade safety controls. Automated screening cannot understand every context, image, language variation, or coded phrase, so reports and staff review remain important.
12. Reporting and blocking
- Use the report control on a listing when the listing itself is misleading, illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited.
- Use message or user reporting when the concern involves private communication or account conduct.
- Choose the most accurate reason and provide concise, truthful context. Do not submit reports to harass someone or manipulate competition.
- Use blocking to stop direct messaging interactions with another account. Blocking is enforced in both directions for Yuskai messaging.
Reports are reviewed based on available evidence and risk. Filing a report does not guarantee a particular action, and privacy or safety considerations may limit the details Yuskai can share about an investigation.
13. Enforcement actions
Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, Yuskai may take one or more of the following actions:
- Reject a new or edited listing.
- Place a listing into review before it becomes public.
- Hide, restore, reject, close, or remove a listing.
- Hide message content or restrict messaging where supported.
- Warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account.
- Preserve relevant records, cooperate with lawful requests, or notify appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary for safety or law.
Severe conduct may result in immediate action. Repeated lower-level violations, attempts to evade enforcement, or abuse of reporting and blocking tools may lead to stronger account restrictions.
14. Questions and review requests
If you believe content or an account was restricted by mistake, contact Yuskai with the relevant account email, listing or report identifier if available, and a concise explanation. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, banking credentials, or unnecessary identity documents.
Send safety questions and review requests to yu.zekai@icloud.com or visit the Support page.
15. Updates to these guidelines
We may update these Guidelines as Yuskai's features, abuse patterns, legal obligations, or safety controls change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material updates may receive additional notice when appropriate.
